Local Same Day delivery is available in Derby & Nottingham for orders placed before 9 am at £5.95 or FREE for orders above £125.
Express Delivery is £5.95 or FREE for orders above £75
For mainland UK orders, our paint is tinted to order and delivered to your chosen address in 1-2 working days. Order using our express delivery service before 9am Monday to Friday & your order will be processed and dispatched the same day. (Orders placed after 9am will be processed the next working day).
Premium Next Day Delivery (by 12pm) £9.95
Order using our premium next day (by 12pm) before 9am Monday to Thursday & your order will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Premium Next Day Delivery (by 10.30am) £15.95
Order using our premium next day (by 10.30am) before 9am Monday to Thursday & your order will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Premium Saturday Delivery £9.95
Order before 9am on Friday for our premium Saturday delivery.
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for re delivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. Concept Decor Ltd will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.
Will it arrive the next working day?
Our express delivery service is 98% efficient.
98% of our parcels processed for a next working day delivery, arrive the following day. We rely heavily on our couriers to expedite this and occasionally we do not meet this, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% on our next working day delivery service.
We strongly advise you not to book any contractors until you have received all your items in perfect condition we cannot accept liability for work started under these conditions.
Please note that tinted products cannot be refunded or returned once mixed unless the product is faulty.
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt providing that it is in its original condition and in its original packaging. You will need to organise the return and cover return expenses. Returns that are damaged in transit will not be refunded, so make sure that your parcel is packaged well.

Custom Tinted Paint
Due to differences in computer monitors and printed colour swatches, actual colours may have a slight variance once mixed into paint. If you are unsure about a colour, we provide an excellent testerpot service so you can test colours before ordering in larger volumes.
